Some job seekers may be looking for remote locations in 2025, and a recently released report from FlexJobs identified the companies that played the biggest role in offering this arrangement.
The flexible job posting site ranked Working Solutions as its “A No. 1Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025The list was published earlier this week.
The company, which took first place last year, describes itself as a “contact center outsourcer”.
Flexjobs ranked its working solutions and 99 other companies by looking at “more than 60,000 companies and their remote job postings” in 2024. It fully considers remote and hybrid roles remote work.

Second on the “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025” list after Working Solutions was Liveops, a contact center solutions company. As for the working solution, it remained in the same position as the previous year.
Meanwhile, UnitedHealth Group sought candidates to fill the third-highest number of remote positions in 2024, ranking No. 3 among the top 2025 candidates. remote work The company, according to reports. According to the report, staffing firm Kelly and telecommunications company Telus completed the top five.
No. 6 went to Robert Half International, a staffing firm based in California. Prime Therapeutics was ranked number 7 and Transcom was ranked eighth, FlexJobs said.
BCD Travel has been placed ninth in the ranking for 2025. The travel management company has more than 15,000 employees, according to its website.

Rounding out FlexJobs' top-10 for remote jobs was Amplify Education. The company says on its website that it “develops K-12 core and supplemental curriculum, assessment and intervention programs” and reaches about 15 million U.S. students.

Salary varies for such positions. Accountants saw an average of $79,880 annually in 2023, while customer service agents earned $39,680 and software engineers earned $130,160, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
A separate ResumeTemplates survey released in late October found that 56% of American full-time workers indicated they were “already looking for a new job or planning to start one” in 2025.

According to the survey, nearly 17% of respondents identified the desire for remote work as the “main reason” for changing jobs.
More than 23% of workers at least 16 years old teleworked “some” or “all” hours at home in November, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
