Kylie Kells did not expect to attend with her husband, Jason Kellson his own late-night talk show.
Kylie, 32, responded to fans' comments about her debut They call it Late Night with Jason Kelce Thursday, January 9, his episode “Don't Lie” PodcastOne of which read, “Kylie always seems like she has no idea how she's connected to the next thing,' like, 'Damn, I didn't mean to do it.'” The comment prompted Kylie to start a new segment on her podcast dubbed Done “Kylie has no business in the place.”
“It's the perfect way to express how I ended up as the announcer of “'planting','' he joked. “My husband asked me to participate, and being the supportive wife that I am, I said yes, hesitantly.”
She went on to note that she “didn't know” that a “Kylie's Corner” poster would be hanging from her comment box. “I appreciate it because you know how I like to hide in a corner,” she jokes. “It's not really hidden when you have spotlights and cameras though. So, I might have to discuss it with someone.”
They call it late night premiered Saturday, January 3 on ESPN. During the episode, Kylie hilariously read a disclaimer to young viewers, warning them that “this evening's show is intended for a mature audience. Young viewers, such as your children, may hear language inappropriate for them.”
Kylie and Jason, 37, married in 2018 and have daughters Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 22 months and currently They are expecting their fourth daughter.
On Thursday's podcast, another fan asked in a comment if Kylie was nervous to make her late-night debut, to which she said she wasn't. “I find it (similar) to our wedding day when I was nervous walking down the aisle because all eyes would be on me, and then the moment I saw Jason, I was like, 'Oh, I'm fine. I can walk down the aisle.' I'll just focus on that,'' she explained.
Kylie said she had a similar feeling watching her husband host the show. “He was the main focus, and all that, and he crushed it, I didn't need to get nervous,” he said. “Luckily I had very few lines. Love that for me. And I also PA'd men's lacrosse games in college, so I had some experience.”
