Alton Aviation Consultancy reported another year of record growth in 2024 and looks forward to meeting the growing demand for high-quality aviation consultancy services this year.
Alton's consulting work continues to grow to include airline and lessor fleet strategy, restructuring, M&A due diligence, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) strategic planning, and airport and business and general aviation across all key segments of the aviation value chain. (BGA) sector.
In 2024, the firm successfully completed nearly 200 engagements for more than 100 clients, with nearly two-thirds of the business coming from clients who had engaged the firm in previous years.

- Has provided numerous M&A advisory assistance to many of the world's leading private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and other aviation industry investors in transactions involving air charter providers, passenger and cargo airlines, aerospace suppliers, MROs, ground handling businesses, and other service providers.
- Acted as airline industry advisor to unsecured creditors with Chapter 11 restructuring of major European and South American airlines.
- Provided fleet planning and related consulting services to airlines in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America and Middle East
- Led the strategic sourcing for a fleet of new narrowbody aircraft through the aircraft leasing channel with a long-term engine maintenance service contract.
