Jenny Garth leaning on his ex, Peter Facinelliin difficult times.
Garth, 52, accepts Instagram Thursday, Jan. 9, to share that he and his family had taken shelter with Facinelli, 51, after evacuating their Los Angeles home. Due to ongoing fires in the area.
“It's devastating for everyone. I am very sorry. Deep sadness today. I and my family are safe. Our house was built overnight and we feel so blessed and so fortunate and lucky,” Garth told his 1.3 million followers in a video. “Just praying for everyone. We are so lucky that more people were not injured or trapped in the fire.”

Garth continued, “I'm so grateful to Peter for letting us stay at his house – me and all the girls, and the dog and Dave.”
Garth and Facinelli first met in 1995 and were married from 2001 to 2013. They have three adult daughters, hide27, lola22, and fiona18. Garth married actor Abrams in 2015. Facinelli, meanwhile, is engaged to the actress Lily Ann Harrisonwith whom she shares son Jack, 2.
Garth reiterated his gratitude to his ex in the caption of his Instagram post, writing, “I just wanted to let you know that we are safe. Peter and his family took us in and were very kind. I feel deeply sorry for our city and just numb.”
“Our house was saved but there's a lot to clean up and we're ready to be active to help our neighbors and friends and fellow Angelenos,” the actress added, adding that her husband is “transporting, loading and unloading all our bags and boxes.”
“I'm just thankful we're all OK and have a home to go back to,” Garth added.
