Blenheim Palace is setting a benchmark for sustainable tourism and conservation, becoming the destination of choice for conscious travelers. Through its many initiatives, Britain's Greatest Palace is preserving its rich heritage while taking steps to ensure a sustainable future for the estate.

With themes of preservation, conservation and restoration, Blenheim Palace has implemented a range of practices across the extensive estate, including reducing waste, promoting renewable energy and encouraging biodiversity.

In 2025, Blenheim will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the UNESCO World Heritage site opening to the public next year when it begins the most ambitious restoration project in its history, the complete repair of large sections of the palace roof. The two-year initiative reuses existing materials, incorporates recycled insulation and captures rainwater for reuse, demonstrating Blenheim's dedication to sustainable heritage conservation.

Next year, Blenheim's famous gardens will see a stunning transformation with new features to explore each season.
