Mukherjee's illustrious career spans leading roles with some of the industry's most recognizable names, including Hyatt, Sahara Airlines, Jet Airways, Qatar Airways, Lufthansa Airlines, Zuri Hotels, Royal Orchid Hotel and Fern Hotel. Before joining Aralia Beach Resort, he worked at Sarovar Hotel.
