Withings has made a name for itself by making clinical grade health technologies accessible to consumers. This week CES 2025The firm released two new products that fit the description nicely, one hardware and one software
BPM Vision is the most notable. It's a travel-sized home blood pressure monitor, complete with interchangeable arm cuffs. The $130 device measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure, which can help users detect and control conditions like high blood pressure.
Withings says the system provides “clinical accuracy,” displaying results on a large screen that helps users conduct tests accurately at home. The system is Wi-Fi enabled and sports a built-in battery that lasts over a year.
In addition to multiple cuff sizes, Drishti supports eight profiles, so multiple users can track their results on the same device. Tracking information will be made available through the Withings app. The system is set for US release in April, pending FDA approval
Cardio check, meanwhile, starts on Tuesday. The service is designed to offer round-the-clock heart monitoring with access to board-certified cardiologists. The offer is designed for early detection of heart problems such as AFib.
The new feature is being made available through the $10/month Withings+ service. It's compatible with the ScanWatch, ScanWatch 2, ScanWatch Nova, ScanWatch Nova Brilliant, Body Scan Scale, BPM Core and BMO, which were announced at last year's show.
The subscription entitles users to four cardio checkups a year.
